• Kick players when no mobs in Port Arena to avoid camping.
• Fixed offline bot respawn in the town when restarting the server.
• Fixed auto follow in offline party.
• Fixed Pile not working in Arena Port map.
• Remove Guardian in character creation.
• Adjusted Port Arena Pass to 4 hours.
• Reverted Sib3 map DR to old DR.
