| Item Drops (All dropped items, whether intentional or accidental, are considered free loot.) |
| Transactions for Real Money (Selling items and/or accounts for real-world money is done at your own risk. Team Apex is not liable for any loss resulting from such transactions.) |
| Account Security ( Do not share your account details with anyone. Any loss caused by negligence in securing your account will not be covered by Team Apex.) |
| Loss of Items (We are not liable for any loss of items caused by player mistakes. Exceptions will only apply if the mistake was caused by a server fault.) |
| Blackmailing with Threats to Quit (Threatening to quit the game to force compliance with your requests is considered blackmail and will not be tolerated.) |
| Rule Amendments (Team Apex reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. In the case of disputes, Team Apex's decision is final. |
