🏆 Is your guild ready to prove its strength? Get ready for Season 3 of the Monthly Guild War in Khan Apex! Assemble your team, strategize, and fight for glory! 💪⚔️
🎉 Tournament Mechanics 🎉
📌 Team Composition 🔹 Each team must consist of 7 members, each representing a unique class: Micko, Necro, Sorcerer, Assassin, Knight, and Cleric. 🔹 One class may be duplicated to complete the team, except Micko, Cleric, and Assassin – these cannot be duplicated. 🔹 2 Alternates are allowed as backups. However, they can only replace a player of the same class. Make sure to label alternates with “alt” in their title. Alts will not be included on the poster. 🔹 Teams may include both RB and Non-RB characters, including low-level categories – plan your lineup wisely! 🔹 For low-level matches, if mixing RB and Non-RB characters, ensure Non-RBs are level 60–99 only.
📆 Tournament Duration The tournament spans one month, with matches every Saturday: ✅ Week 1: Low Level (Lv. 1–99 RB / Lv. 60–99 Non-RB) ✅ Week 2: Mid Level (Lv. 100–499) ✅ Week 3: High Level (Lv. 500–900)
⚔️ Match Format 🔹 Double-elimination tournament. 🔹 Guilds will compete in point-based matches during the elimination rounds. 🔹 No guilds will advance automatically due to the bracket structure.
🔥 Grand Finals 🏅 The top two guilds will face off in a best-of-three series. 🏆 The first team to score 2 points will be crowned the champion. 💀 In case of a 1–1 tie, the winner will be decided via Death Match!
🌍 Map Selection 📍 The officiating GM will randomly select the map for each round – test your adaptability and strategy!
🚨 Tournament Rules ❌ No cutting – proven violations result in disqualification and a Season 4 ban for the entire lineup. ❌ No changes to participants after registration – all details are final. ❌ No name changes after registration – IGNs are locked. ❌ No horse use – automatic loss if caught. ❌ Do not change your IGN during the tournament until rewards have been inserted. If the IGN is changed beforehand, rewards will be voided and the team may be disqualified. ❌ No latecomers allowed. We will give you 5 minutes to ready your team. If not, your team will forfeit. ❌ GMs' decisions are final.
⚠️ Important Notice If a player disconnects, the match will continue, unless GM Magnus pauses or calls a restart. 📢 Notify GM Magnus immediately via Global Chat or PM if an issue arises. 🛡️ Plan ahead, stay coordinated, and prepare for any scenario!🎥 Opponent pairings will be determined via live randomizer!
