🔧 Adjustments and Fixes:

• Fixed Fame Quest can be claim even not in level bracket (should only be claimable within level bracket)
• Fixed Fame Quest still not inserting the fame reward correctly.
• Added 150% scrolls at Premium NPC
• Added 30 days 120% scrolls at Premium NPC
• Adjust Mana consumption for teleport skill from 50% to 10%.
