Dear Khan Apex Warrior's,

On behalf of the Khan Apex Team, I would like to sincerely apologize for the incident that took place between ServerUpdate and one of our player before the recent server maintenance. We understand that the conversation became intense, and unfortunately, the actions taken by our Game Moderator were not in line with our community guidelines and standards.

We take this matter seriously and are addressing it internally to ensure that such incidents do not happen again. Our goal has always been to maintain a respectful and enjoyable gaming environment for all our players, and we deeply regret any frustration or disappointment this may have caused.
